Founder
Andrew's comprehensive experience of 20 years in this industry began while he was an apprentice in Toni and Guy Salon. Since his foundations were first laid, he worked with haircare experts and notable clientele to create iconic hairstyles for many. In addition to being the Co-owner of Silver Clip, he's also one of the creators of the men's grooming brand BIG BOY.

Senior Director
Wayne is the co-owner of Silverclip Salon. For the past 14 years, he's been working for and alongside prestigious hair brands and academies. With his core training being under Aveda and Vidal Sassoon, he spent the rest of the decade training and elevating the image of many in the U.K. In parallel to his career, he's always upgrading his skillset, training and gaining additional qualifications with Vidal Sassoon, Loreal, Aveda and Wella.

Director Stylist
Rachel has encompassed every genre of hairdressing from editorial, runway, commercials, film, television, London Fashion Week, red carpet, bridal and celebrity work. Throughout her 25 year long career, she's accrued prestigious awards as a hairdresser and makeup artist. While she's been at Silverclip for 10 years, her expertise as a master hair colourist and affinity for long locks has made her a high-demand member of our salon.

Femina's experience spans over 5 years, gaining experience working and training in Harrods. Throughout her career, she's worked alongside famous brands such as Wella, Loreal and Goldwell. When she's not colouring or doing balayage, she's creating something special for her clients.
